H4 Enterprise LLC ("we," "us," "our") operates the Venu booking and payment platform and H4 Services web design service. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our services or interact with businesses that use our platform.

2. Information We Collect
- Information you provide: Name, phone number, email address, service address when booking appointments through businesses that use Venu.
- Payment information: Credit/debit card details processed securely through Stripe. We never store, access, or see your full card number. All payment data is handled directly by Stripe (stripe.com) in compliance with PCI DSS standards.
- Booking information: Service selections, appointment dates/times, booking history, cancellation records.
- Communication data: SMS messages sent as part of appointment confirmations and reminders.
- Device and usage data: Browser type, IP address, pages visited (collected via standard analytics).
3. How We Use Your Information
- To process and confirm bookings made through businesses using Venu
- To collect deposits and process payments via Stripe on behalf of the businesses you book with
- To send SMS appointment reminders including: booking confirmation, cancellation deadline reminders, 24-hour reminders, day-of reminders, and post-visit follow-ups
- To maintain your customer portal (appointment history, payment records, rebooking)
- To improve our platform and services
- To comply with legal obligations
4. SMS Messaging
When you book an appointment through a Venu-powered business, you may receive SMS text messages related to your appointment. These messages include:
- Booking confirmation
- Cancellation deadline reminders
- 24-hour appointment reminders
- Day-of appointment reminders
- Post-visit follow-up messages
By providing your phone number during the booking process and checking the consent box, you expressly agree to receive these transactional SMS messages.
Message frequency varies based on your booking activity. Typically 3–5 messages per appointment.
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Opt out: You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. You will no longer receive appointment reminders via SMS.
Resume: To resume messages, reply START.
Help: For help, reply HELP or contact us at [email protected].
SMS messages are sent using Twilio's messaging platform. Your phone number is transmitted to Twilio solely for the purpose of delivering these messages.
5. Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely by Stripe (stripe.com). When you pay a deposit or service balance through Venu, your payment information is sent directly to Stripe and is never stored on our servers.
Stripe is PCI DSS Level 1 certified — the highest level of security certification in the payments industry.
We use Stripe Connect to facilitate payments between you and the business you are booking with. Your payment goes directly to the business's Stripe account. H4 Enterprise LLC does not handle, hold, or have access to your funds.

6. How We Share Your Information
- With the business you booked with (they see your name, phone, email, booking details, and payment status)
- With Stripe for payment processing
- With Twilio for SMS delivery
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not share your information for marketing purposes with unrelated companies. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.
7. Data Retention
Booking and payment records are retained for as long as the business you booked with maintains an active Venu account, plus 2 years after account closure for legal and accounting purposes.
SMS opt-out preferences are retained indefinitely to honor your communication preferences.

8. Data Security
We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest. Payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe and never touches our servers. Database access is restricted and monitored. Despite our efforts, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

You may:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your information (subject to legal retention requirements)
